Coach Kobe

Kobe Bryant has sat out the last five games for the Lakers, but just because he hasn't been playing doesn't mean he hasn't made a difference.The Lakers have gone 4-1 in Bryant's absence. Metta World Peace had this to say when asked how the Lakers were winning without Kobe:

“We did it with Kobe. Kobe was actually out there coaching us. Every timeout, Kobe was out there and making adjustments for us. You know Popovich he’s a great coach he made a lot of adjustments, but Kobe was out there with us and we couldn’t do it without him.”




I could definitely see Kobe as a head coach when his career is over. His post-game interviews would be legendary. Here's a clip of him coaching Mike Brown's team during a recent game against the Mavericks.
